We are looking for a Multifamily Project Manager to plan and manage the construction activities for our new apartment and townhouse communities from conception to occupancy. This position will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited, to managing the capital budget, site team coordination, construction design input, and scheduling the work of all trades and suppliers. Must have 5-10 years of residential construction experience and construction sequencing management.
