Oversees Division Presidents, COO, CFO, and all acquisition/development activity. He is an attorney and holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Works with senior management in analyzing strategic growth opportunities, operational enhancements/effectiveness and fiscal achievements companywide. David is a graduate from Widener University, where he earned a Bachelor’s and MS – Tax. He has attained being a Certified Public Accountant and sits on several Boards, including PAA, DAA, NJAA, and MAHC.

Oversees all accounting, tax planning, treasury functions, and risk management. He is a CPA and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Waynesburg University.

Oversees Construction Division, including field and office teams. He received his undergraduate degree from Rhode Island University with a major in Resource Economics and Commerce, with a minor in Military Science and Leadership. Nic has an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and was in the army for 10 years until being honorably discharged as a captain.

Oversees the Property Management Division, including field and office teams. Also responsible for managing the company’s legal work including negotiating, reviewing and drafting legal agreements and documents, managing outside counsel, and risk analysis and mitigation. He is an attorney barred in both PA and NC. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has both an undergraduate and a Masters degree in Business Management from Clemson University.
